In addition to her extensive clinical background, Dannielle is a highly experienced course instructor with many years of hands-on teaching experience. She has trained and mentored aspiring healthcare professionals across a variety of disciplines, equipping them with the practical skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to succeed in today’s healthcare environment.

Latanya Miller is the Co-Founder of Care & Dose Academy, where she also serves as Chief Financial Officer and Program Administrator. With over 20 years of business management experience in the healthcare industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and operational expertise to healthcare training and workforce development.

Her passion for education and community impact led to the creation of Care & Dose Academy—an organization dedicated to bridging the gap between training and real-world patient care. Under her leadership, the academy provides hands-on, career-focused instruction in CPR, BLS, ACLS, Medication Administration, and other essential healthcare certifications.
